At WAQT, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, fabric details, and colour information before placing your order. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at waqt.heritage@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

We will review your case and do our best to assist you. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Unstitched Products All WAQT suits are unstitched. We are not responsible for any issues arising from tailoring done after purchase.
