Delivery Coverage We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Dispatch Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Partners We work with trusted third-party courier services to fulfil your delivery. WAQT is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at waqt.heritage@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos and your order number. We will do our best to assist you.
