Delivery Coverage: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Dispatch: Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted third-party courier services to fulfil your delivery. WAQT is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at waqt.heritage@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos and your order number. We will do our best to assist you.
